Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
• Gift cards are issued by Stacy Maag, LMT and can be used for purchases only with Stacy Maag, LMT.
2. Purchase and Redemption
• Gift cards can be purchased in any denomination up to $500.
• Gift cards can be redeemed for products and services but cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards must be presented at time of service.
3. Expiration and Fees
• Gift cards must be used within one year of the purchase date. If the balance is not used within this period, a fee of $2.50 will be deducted from the remaining balance each month.
4. Non-Refundable
• All gift card purchases are non-refundable.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards
• Stacy Maag, LMT is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Treat gift cards as you would cash.
6. Usage Limitations
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
• Gift cards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless stated otherwise.
7. Changes to Terms
• Stacy Maag, LMT reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
8. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas and the United States of America.
